All digital products, including CapyGrams™ and downloadable items, are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been delivered.


📦 Physical Products

All physical items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used.

We only offer replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size sent)
