CapyGrams™ are delivered within24–48 hoursafter your order is placed.

Each CapyGram™ includes your person’s name and message vibe, keeping it simple, fun, and full of personality.
How will I receive my CapyGram™?
You’ll receive a digital video file that you can download, share, or send directly.

Are your items limited edition?

Returns & Policies
Do you offer refunds on CapyGrams™ or digital products?
No. Due to the nature of digital products, all CapyGrams™ and digital downloads arefinal sale and non-refundable.
Can I return a physical product?
Yes, returns are accepted on eligible physical items.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
hat items are eligible for returns?
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the allowed return window. (7 days after delivered)
