Refund Policy

Return Policy - the basics

Digital Products (Downloads & CapyGrams™)
All digital products, including CapyGrams™ personalized video messages and digital downloads, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once your order is placed and delivered, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or replacements.

Printful Merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, etc.)
Our physical products are fulfilled through Printful. Printful has its own refund and replacement policies, which apply to these items. Generally:

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue, so we can assist you.

  • Printful does not cover buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color choice). Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
