Our CapyGrams™ personalized video messages and digital downloads are delivered digitally only. There is no shipping involved. You will receive your files or video delivery link via email once your order is processed.
Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.)
Our physical products are fulfilled and shipped through Printful. Please note the following:

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times: Delivery may vary depending on your location. Average delivery is 5–10 business days in the US and 10–20 business days internationally.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and depend on the product type and destination.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
